This document aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights regarding this processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” - EU Regulation no. 679/2016) and local legislation in force (Law no. 677/2001), in the context of using the website, www.eshop-construction.ro

- Personal data will be collected only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
- Personal data will be accurate and, where necessary, updated;
- Personal data will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;

Personal data collected by S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. can fall into the following categories:
- customer - we will process your personal data, such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, data regarding how you use www.eshop-construction.ro, as well as any other categories of data that you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, in the context of placing an order through www.eshop-construction.ro or in any other way resulting from the use of www.eshop-construction.ro.
- contact person of Partners or potential Partners,– we will process your contact data, such as name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number that you provide in the context of initiating or carrying out the contractual relationship with Partners or potential Partners.
Providing your data for this purpose is voluntary. Refusal to provide data for this purpose will not have any negative consequences for you. The processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent, if you choose to provide it.
1. 4. Purpose of collecting personal data and their use
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data by S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. is the proper conduct of the contractual relationship between the parties.
In order to fulfill the legal responsibilities of S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. in the context of the services provided, fiscal obligations, as well as in matters of mandatory archiving, your personal data will be used as follows:
- for taking over, validating, shipping and invoicing the placed order, informing you about the status of the order, its cancellation, organizing the return of ordered products, as well as managing products under warranty;
- informing customers/buyers about the status of their Account, resolving problems of any nature relating to an order, the goods and/or services purchased;
- for marketing activities, respectively for the transmission, by means of remote communication (e-mail, SMS) of commercial communications regarding the products and services offered by S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L.
- sending newsletters and/or periodic alerts, by using electronic mail (e-mail, SMS), only if the data subject has explicitly expressed his/her consent;
- market research, monitoring of sales and customer/buyer behavior;
- for resolving complaints, claims;
- for purposes and grounds related to fiscal and economic duties.
Also, S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L may provide the client's personal data to other partner companies, but only on the basis of a commitment from them and only for the purposes by which it guarantees that this data is kept safe and that the provision of this personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: to courier service providers, marketing service providers, insurers, payment/banking service providers, telemarketing or other services, provided by companies with which we can develop joint bidding programs on the goods and services market.
The client's personal information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
1. 5. Duration of processing, transfer and data security
S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. will use personal data only for the purpose for which they were collected and will store the data only as long as necessary for any of the purposes mentioned above or the period of time provided for by the relevant legal provisions. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the internal policies of S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. respectively for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on us (for example, in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided for by law is 10 years from the date of the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).
If you are a customer and you exercise your option to delete your user account, by pressing the Delete account button, we will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications through which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through www.eshop-construction.ro In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or sms of this kind. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data. If you wish to no longer have your personal data processed or if you wish to delete your data, you can exercise your rights detailed in point VI below. If you request deletion of your account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account can only be registered after the delivery of the products and the completion of the last active order.
Personal data provided to S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L may be transferred outside Romania, but only to European Union countries.
S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. will implement and maintain appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, in particular when the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.

In relation to this processing of personal data, if you choose to provide your consent, you will benefit from the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation

• right to rectify or delete personal data;
• right to request restriction of processing of personal data;
• right to data portability;
• right to object to processing of personal data concerning you;
• right to address the courts and the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
• right not to be subject to automated decision-making (profiling).

In the unlikely event that users of S.C. CABLE COM S.R.L. have suffered damage due to a violation of their rights under the personal data protection policy and our company has not handled the complaint appropriately, they have the possibility to file a complaint with the higher authority (ANSPDCP).
