Ensure complete protection for your home or business with the PNI House IPMAX POE 3 surveillance system, equipped with 4 3MP IP cameras and an NVR with 4 POE ports. Each camera captures image and sound, offering superior clarity day and night, and configuration is simple, via a single network cable.
Local and remote control

Control and access the system quickly, either locally or remotely, directly from your phone or tablet. With the free XMEye application (Android/iOS), you can watch in real time or play recordings from anywhere. For PC, the General CMS software is available (included on CD or downloadable from the website).
3MP IP cameras with IR and white light

The 4 included IP cameras are equipped with an integrated microphone and offer 3 megapixel resolution (2304 x 1296px). Night vision is ensured by 4 IR LEDs and white light (Flashlight), with an effective field of view of up to 15 meters.
Intelligent H.265AI Compression

The system uses advanced H.265 AI / H.265+ compression technology, which significantly reduces file size without losing video quality. You can connect an HDD of up to 8TB (not included in the package).
Support for 9 IP cameras up to 8MP

The NVR supports up to 4 cameras connected directly via POE ports or up to 9 IP cameras via a POE switch. Compatible with cameras up to 8MP (4K resolution), providing extensive configuration flexibility.
Full connectivity and fast backup

The device is equipped with HDMI and VGA outputs, for connection to any monitor. Recordings can be saved locally on a USB stick or downloaded remotely via the internet. The network connection is made via the RJ45 LAN port.
Single cable power supply (POE)

Each camera connects via a single Ethernet cable (included), which transmits both the video signal and the power. You no longer need external sources or additional cables. You can use cables up to 100 meters long (the kit includes 4 cables of 18.3 meters).
Quick installation and Plug & Play

The system is easy to configure – simply connect the cameras and the NVR, and the system is ready to operate. Access is made via the mobile application, PC software or directly via the browser (Internet Explorer).
Intelligent human face detection

The system can automatically identify and save human faces and shapes (function available depending on the cameras used). Thus, you can quickly filter video events based on these criteria.
Supports HDD up to 8TB

We recommend using a dedicated HDD for surveillance systems, designed for continuous operation 24/7. The NVR supports a hard drive up to 8TB (not included).
